第三轮中日韩北极事务高级别对话联合声明
- 1. The Third Trilateral High-Level Dialogue on the Arctic was held on June 8, 2018 in Shanghai, China. Mr. Gao Feng, Special Representative for Arctic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Mr. Kang Jeong-sik, Ambassador for Arctic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, and Mr. Eiji Yamamoto, Ambassador in charge of Arctic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan attended this Dialogue as the Heads of Delegations (HoDs).
- 一、2018年6月8日，第三轮中日韩北极事务高级别对话在中国上海举行。中华人民共和国外交部北极事务特别代表高风、大韩民国外交部北极事务大使康祯植、日本国外务省北极事务大使山本荣二率团出席对话。
- 2. The three HoDs recognized the positive role of the Trilateral High-Level Dialogue on the Arctic as one of the outcomes of the Sixth Trilateral Summit in 2015. The HoDs also reaffirmed the importance to promote trilateral cooperation on the Arctic, especially in the area of scientific research, as endorsed in the Joint Declaration of the Seventh Trilateral Summit on May 9, 2018.
- 二、三方团长确认了中日韩北极事务高级别对话作为2015年第六次中日韩领导人会议成果之一所发挥的积极作用。三方团长重申三国在北极事务、尤其是科学研究方面开展合作的重要性。2018年5月9日《第七次中日韩领导人会议联合宣言》对此予以认可。
