- To jointly advance the implementation of the follow-up actions of the FOCAC Beijing Summit, Coordinators from the People's Republic of China, 53 African countries and the African Union Commission held a meeting of Coordinators in Beijing on 25 June 2019.
- 为共同推动落实中非合作论坛北京峰会成果，中华人民共和国和53个非洲国家及非盟委员会负责论坛峰会成果落实的协调人于2019年6月25日在北京举行会议。
- Both sides applauded the great success and the far-reaching historical significance of the FOCAC Beijing Summit convened from 3 to 4 September 2018. Both sides highly commended China's policy toward Africa and new measures for China-Africa cooperation underpinned by the eight major initiatives and associated financing totaling US$60 billion, articulated by President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China at the Summit, and measures manifested in the FOCAC Beijing Action Plan (2019-2021). Both sides decided to work together on the follow-up actions of the Summit under the principles embodied in the Beijing Declaration, engage in Belt and Road cooperation, deepen and elevate China-Africa cooperation, and work toward an even stronger China-Africa community with a shared future. The two sides have agreed on the following:
- 中非双方高度评价2018年9月3日至4日举行的中非合作论坛北京峰会取得巨大成功、历史意义深远。高度赞赏中华人民共和国主席习近平在峰会上阐述的中国对非政策理念和宣布的“八大行动”及600亿美元配套资金支持，以及《中非合作论坛－北京行动计划（2019－2021年）》相关举措，决心本着《北京宣言》精神，携手落实峰会成果，共建“一带一路”，推动中非合作向更深层次、更高水平发展，构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体。双方达成以下共识：
