(Promulgated by the No. 160 Decree of the General Administration of Customs promulgated the Measures on March 8, 2007, amended for the first time according to the Decision of the General Administration of Customs on the Amendments to the People's Republic of China Zhuhai-Macao Cross-Border Industrial Zone, Zhuhai Customs Park Management Measures promulgated in by the No. 189 Decree of the General Administration of Customs on March 15, 2010; and amended for the second time according to the Decision of the General Administration of Customs to Amend Certain Rules issued by the Order No.235 of the General Administration of Customs on December 20, 2017)

Article 1 With a view to regulating the customs' supervision over Zhuhai Park of Zhuhai/Macao Cross-Border Industrial Zone (hereinafter referred to as Zhuhai Park), the present Measures are formulated according to the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Customs Law) as well as other relevant laws and administrative regulations.
　　第一条　为了规范海关对珠澳跨境工业区珠海园区（以下简称珠海园区）的监管，根据《中华人民共和国海关法》（以下简称《海关法》）和其他有关法律、行政法规的规定，制定本办法。

Article 2 Zhuhai Park is an area under special customs supervision, which has been established upon the approval of the State Council. It adopts bonded zone policies, and adopts export processing zone policies on taxation to the goods carried between Zhuhai Park and any other area within the customs territory of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Outer Area).
　　第二条　珠海园区是经国务院批准设立的海关特殊监管区域。珠海园区实行保税区政策，与中华人民共和国关境内的其他地区（以下称区外）之间进出货物在税收方面实行出口加工区政策。
