工业互联网专项工作组关于印发《工业互联网创新发展行动计划（2021-2023年）》的通知

The Action Plan for Innovative Development of the Industrial Internet (2021-2023), as deliberated and adopted at the Second Session of the Industrial Internet Task Force, is hereby issued to you for your conscientious implementation.
《工业互联网创新发展行动计划（2021-2023年）》已经工业互联网专项工作组第二次会议审议通过，现予印发，请认真贯彻落实。

Annex: Action Plan for Innovative Development of the Industrial Internet (2021-2023)
附件：工业互联网创新发展行动计划（2021-2023年）

Since the issuance of the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the “Internet plus Advanced Manufacturing” and Developing the Industrial Internet, thanks to the joint efforts of all parties, China has achieved remarkable progress in the development of the industrial Internet. The action plans for the initial period for 2018 to 2020 have all been completed, and even some key tasks and projects have exceeded expectations. The role of network foundation, platform center, data elements, and security guarantee will be further revealed. The 2021-2023 period will witness the rapid growth of China's industrial Internet. This Plan is prepared for the purposes of further implementing the innovative development strategy for the industrial Internet and promoting the integrated development of industrialization and IT application in a wider scope, to a deeper degree and at a higher level.
《国务院关于深化“互联网+先进制造业”发展工业互联网的指导意见》印发以来，在各方共同努力下，我国工业互联网发展成效显著，2018-2020年起步期的行动计划全部完成，部分重点任务和工程超预期，网络基础、平台中枢、数据要素、安全保障作用进一步显现。2021-2023年是我国工业互联网的快速成长期。为深入实施工业互联网创新发展战略，推动工业化和信息化在更广范围、更深程度、更高水平上融合发展，制定本计划。
