  • For the purposes of strengthening the judicial protection of intellectual property rights, creating a sound business environment, and promoting the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics, the following decision is hereby made in accordance with the Constitution and the Law on the Organization of People's Courts:
  • 为加大知识产权司法保护力度，营造良好营商环境，推进中国特色自由贸易港建设，根据宪法和人民法院组织法，特作如下决定：
  • I. Establishing the Intellectual Property Court of the Hainan Free Trade Port
  • 　　一、设立海南自由贸易港知识产权法院。
  • The Supreme People's Court shall determine the structure of tribunals in the Intellectual Property Court of the Hainan Free Trade Port based on the types and the number of intellectual property cases.
  • 海南自由贸易港知识产权法院审判庭的设置，由最高人民法院根据知识产权案件的类型和数量决定。
  • II. The Intellectual Property Court of the Hainan Free Trade Port has jurisdiction over the following cases:
