• For the purpose of making better use of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)'s platform for international cooperation and exchange in the nuclear field, and regulating the administration of participation in cooperation affairs with respect to the IAEA, in accordance with China's relevant provisions on foreign affairs management, the Measures for the Administration of Participation in Cooperation Affairs with Respect to the International Atomic Energy Agency are hereby issued, and shall come into force on the date of issuance.
• 为更好地利用国际原子能机构核领域国际合作与交流平台，规范参与国际原子能机构合作事务管理，依据我国外事管理工作有关规定，现发布《参与国际原子能机构合作事务管理办法》，本管理办法自发布之日起施行。

• Chapter I General Provisions

• 　第一章　总 则

• Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with China's relevant provisions on foreign affairs management for the purpose of making better use of the IAEA's platform for international cooperation and exchange in the nuclear field, and regulating the administration of participation in cooperation affairs with respect to the IAEA.
• 　　第一条　为更好利用国际原子能机构核领域国际合作与交流平台，规范参与国际原子能机构合作事务管理，依据我国外事管理工作的有关规定，制定本管理办法。

• Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the administration of Chinese citizens, legal persons or other organizations' participation in cooperation affairs with respect to the IAEA.
• 　　第二条　我国公民、法人或者其他组织参与国际原子能机构合作事务的管理，适用本管理办法。

• Article 3 Those participating in cooperation affairs with respect to the IAEA shall comply with the relevant provisions on foreign affairs management and the treaties, agreements and other legal documents concluded between China and the IAEA.
• 　　第三条　参与国际原子能机构合作事务应遵守外事管理有关规定以及我国与国际原子能机构缔结的条约、协定等法律文件。
