(Adopted at the 1638th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 29, 2014, and amended in accordance with the Decision of the Supreme People's Court to Amend Eighteen Enforcement Type Judicial Interpretations including the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning People's Courts' Impoundment of Goods Transported by Railway as adopted at the 1,823rd Session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 23, 2020)

For purposes of regulating the handling of enforcement opposition and reconsideration cases by people's courts and protecting the lawful rights and interests of parties, interested parties, and non-parties, according to the Civil Procedure Law and other relevant laws, these Provisions are developed in view of the actualities of the enforcement work of people's courts.
为了规范人民法院办理执行异议和复议案件，维护当事人、利害关系人和案外人的合法权益，根据民事诉讼法等法律规定，结合人民法院执行工作实际，制定本规定。

Article 1 To raise an enforcement opposition or apply for reconsideration, a party shall submit an application form to the people's court, specifying the opposition or reconsideration claims, facts, and grounds, together with the following materials:
　　第一条　异议人提出执行异议或者复议申请人申请复议，应当向人民法院提交申请书。申请书应当载明具体的异议或者复议请求、事实、理由等内容，并附下列材料：
