财政部关于修订金融企业财务快报有关填报事项的通知

The financial departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities under separate state planning; the Financial Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; and relevant central financial enterprises:

For the purposes of further effectively conducting the work concerning flash reports for financial enterprises and being fully and timely informed of the financial position and asset quality of financial enterprises nationwide, in accordance with the Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Financial Accounting Reports of Enterprises (Order No. 287, the State Council), the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, the Financial Rules for Financial Enterprises (Order No. 42, MOF), the Measures for the Performance Evaluation of Financial Enterprises (No. 35 [2016], MOF), the Measures for the Performance Evaluation of Commercial Banks (No. 124 [2020], MOF), and other relevant provisions, the Ministry of Finance has revised flash financial reports for financial enterprises and the instructions for their preparation. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows:
为进一步做好金融企业财务快报工作，全面及时掌握全国金融企业的财务状况及资产质量情况，依据《中华人民共和国会计法》、《企业财务会计报告条例》（国务院令287号）、《企业会计准则》、《金融企业财务规则》（财政部令第42号）、《金融企业绩效评价办法》（财金〔2016〕35号）、《商业银行绩效评价办法》（财金〔2020〕124号）等有关规定，我部对金融企业财务快报以及编报说明进行了修订。现将有关事项通知如下：
