- (Adopted at the 1,154th Session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 25, 2000, and amended in accordance with the Decision of the Supreme People's Court to Amend Eighteen Intellectual Property Judicial Interpretations including the Interpretation (II) of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Cases involving Patent Right Infringement Disputes adopted at the 1,823rd Session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 23, 2020)
