For the purposes of fully maximizing the important role of internal audit in corporate governance and risk prevention and control of banking and insurance institutions, and consolidating institutions' primary responsibilities for risk prevention and control, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CBIRC”) has developed the Measures for the Administration of the Designated Internal Audit Work, which are hereby issued for your compliance and implementation.
为充分发挥内部审计在银行业保险业机构公司治理和风险防控中的重要作用，压实机构风险防控主体责任，我局制定了《上海银保监局指定内审工作管理办法》，现予印发。请遵照执行。
