To implement the Notice on the Issuance of the Interim Measures for the Management of Latent Quality Defect Insurance for Housing Projects in Guangzhou (Sui Jian Zhi [2020] No. 203), and further clarify the requirement for conducting the latent quality defect insurance for housing projects, the Guangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Guangzhou Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau, and Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau have jointly formulated the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Interim Measures for the Management of Latent Quality Defect Insurance for Housing Projects in Guangzhou. As examined and approved by the Guangdong Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Interim Measures for the Management of Latent Quality Defect Insurance for Housing Projects in Guangzhou are hereby issued for your implementation.
