中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区境外专业人才执业备案试行管理办法

To reduce job restrictions in the modern service industry, in accordance with the Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (GUO FA [2019] No 15, and the Opinions on the Implementation of Preferential Policies to Boost High-quality Development of Lin-gang Special Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (No 20 [2019] of the CPC Shanghai municipal committee), these trial measures are hereby formulated.
根据《国务院关于印发中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区总体方案的通知》（国发〔2019〕15号）、《中共上海市委上海市人民政府关于促进中国（上海）自由贸易试验区临港新片区高质量发展实施特殊支持政策的若干意见》（沪委发〔2019〕20号），为放宽现代服务业从业限制，制定本办法。
