最高人民法院印发《关于行政案件案由的暂行规定》的通知

The higher people's courts of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government; the Military Court of the People's Liberation Army; and the Production and Construction Corps Branch of the Higher People's Court of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regions:
各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院，解放军军事法院，新疆维吾尔自治区高级人民法院生产建设兵团分院：

The Interim Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Causes of Action in Administrative Cases, as deliberated and adopted at the 1820th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 7, 2020, shall come into force as of January 1, 2021, upon which the Notice by the Supreme People's Court of Regulating the Causes of Action in Administrative Cases (No. 2 [2004], SPC, hereinafter referred to as Notice of Causes of Action, 2004) shall be repealed. The Interim Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Causes of Action in Administrative Cases (hereby referred to as the “Interim Provisions”) are hereby issued, and the issues concerning the application of the Interim Provisions are hereby notified as follows.
《最高人民法院关于行政案件案由的暂行规定》已于2020年12月7日由最高人民法院审判委员会第1820次会议讨论通过，自2021年1月1日起施行，《最高人民法院关于规范行政案件案由的通知》（法发〔2004〕2号，以下简称2004年案由通知）同时废止。现将《最高人民法院关于行政案件案由的暂行规定》（以下简称《暂行规定》）印发给你们，并将适用《暂行规定》的有关问题通知如下。
