中华人民共和国海关对中国籍旅客进出境行李物品的管理规定

(Issued by Order No. 58 of the General Administration of Customs on August 10, 1996, and amended according to the Decision of the General Administration of Customs to Amend Some Rules issued by Order No. 235 of the General Administration of Customs on December 20, 2017)

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable regulations.
　　第一条　根据《中华人民共和国海关法》及其他有关法规，制定本规定。

Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to passengers of Chinese nationality entering and leaving China on the basis of valid travel certificates such as their passports of the People's Republic of China, including resident passengers of Chinese nationality as well as overseas Chinese, Taiwan compatriots, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, and other non-resident passengers of Chinese nationality who work, conduct investigations, make visits, or study abroad sponsored by the state, or visit relatives and friends, travel, conduct business, or study abroad for private purposes.
　　第二条　本规定适用于凭中华人民共和国护照等有效旅行证件出入境的旅客，包括公派出境工作、考察、访问、学习和因私出境探亲、访友、旅游、经商、学习等中国籍居民旅客和华侨、台湾同胞、港澳同胞等中国籍非居民旅客。
