• The Working Rules of the Compensation Committee of the Supreme People's Court, as revised at the 21st Session of theCompensation Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 4, 2014, are hereby issued.
• 《最高人民法院赔偿委员会工作规则》已于2014年12月4日由最高人民法院赔偿委员会第21次会议修订，现予印发。

• Article 1 For purposes of regulating the work of the Compensation Committee and maximizing its functional roles, these Rules are formulated in accordance with the State Compensation Law of the People's Republic of China and the provisions of the relevant laws.
• 　　第一条　为了规范赔偿委员会工作，充分发挥其职能作用，根据《中华人民共和国国家赔偿法》和有关法律规定，制定本规则。

• Article 2 The functions of the Compensation Committee:

• (1) Discussing and making decisions on the following state compensation cases:
• （一）讨论、决定下列国家赔偿案件：

• (a) A case where a compensation claimant files a claim for compensation with this Court and on which this Court shall make a decision.
• 1.赔偿请求人向本院申请赔偿，应由本院作出决定的案件；
