- Agriculture-related cases are related to national food security and people's well-being. The procuratorial organs should take the initiative to guide the public security organs in comprehensively collecting evidence through early intervention so as to consolidate the evidence foundation for accusations of crimes. While severely cracking down on crimes related to the safety of agricultural materials in accordance with the law, the procuratorial organs shall actively protect the rights and interests of victimized farmers, provide judicial assistance in a timely and comprehensive manner, participate in the comprehensive social management, assist victimized farmers in restoring normal production and living order to the greatest extent, and effectively complete “the second half of the article” in judicial case handling.
